A bracelet with three tourmalines. The chain is made from a 14 carat gold alloy.

Tourmaline was highly desired by royalty in the Far East through the ages. The last Empress of China, Empress Dowager Tzu His was in love with pink tourmaline. This last Empress of the Ch'ing Dynasty loved this stone so much that she bought enormous quantities of it. Rubellite is another name for the pink tourmaline, derived from the Latin word for red, rubellus. Known minis sites include Madagascar, Tanzania and California in the United States.

The verdelite is a beautiful green gem, also known as the green tourmaline. The first recorded tourmaline was a green crystal discovered in 1554 by a Spanish explorer, nevertheless tourmalines was confused with other gems until the 1800s, when it was recognised as a group of its own. Known mining sites include Brazil, Madagascar and Tanzania.

Bracelet length: 18 cm

On special request, we can adjust the length of the bracelet. In this case please write the information in the comment box when placing the order.

Due to the fact that each Elfjoy bracelet is hand-made, as a single copy, made of natural stones, it may be slightly different from the one shown in the picture. This does not mean, however, that it will be any less charming.
