bracelet indicolite

Dostawa: 7 dni

450.00 PLN

Bracelet with blue tourmaline, indicolite and pyrite. The stones are suspended on a subtle navy blue silk cord. The finishing elements are made out of a of 14 carat gold alloy.

The indicolite is a beautiful blue gem, also known as the blue tourmaline. The name tourmaline comes from a Singhalese word,  touramalli , meaning "mixed coloured stones” because of the many colours in which the tourmaline occurs. Known mining sites include Afghanistan and Brazil.

The name “pyrite” comes from the Greek words pyrites lithos, meaning “stone which strikes fire”. The ancient Greeks discovered, that when a hard object was struck with pyrite  sparks were produced. In times gone by, pyrite was used to spark gunpowder in firearms. Pyrites are mined, among others, in Spain, Italy, Peru and Chile.

Bracelet length: 18cm

Due to the fact that each Elfjoy bracelet is hand-made, as a single copy, made of natural stones, it may be slightly different from the one shown in the picture. This does not mean, however, that it will be any less charming.
